Patrick R. Sabelhaus Scholarship Fund
Founded in 2023, the Patrick R. Sabelhaus Scholarship Fund honors Patrick R. Sabelhaus, a leader in affordable housing law whose work helped create 25,000 affordable homes across California, Nevada, and New Mexico.
Who Should Apply?
Residents who live in a CCAH member company owned, developed, or serviced affordable housing community.
Graduating high school senior, GED recipient, or undergraduate enrolling in an accredited 2 or 4 year program at accredited universities, vocational or trade schools.
Returning students previously awarded scholarships who are continuing their education and meet qualifications.
Scholarship Information
Get up to $5,000 in financial assistance for college or qualifying trade schools.
Applications available upon request from CCAH, your Property Manager, LifeSTEPS Director or Program Coordinator.
About the Fund
The fund provides scholarships to residents of CCAH member affiliated affordable housing communities, helping students pursue higher education at accredited universities, vocational, or trade schools. Every dollar donated to the scholarship goes directly to schools with 100% of the funds support students’ educational journeys.
