Industry Partner membership gets you reduced rates for each of our conferences, policy meetings, and occupancy courses, as well as informational mailings, newsletters, event notices, and urgent Memoranda and Letters regarding legislation, and advocacy.
Emerging Developer
$1500/yr
Full CCAH membership for Developers with less than 350 Units
Our Emerging Developer Membership is for smaller developers who are building their portfolio and have less than 350 units produced or under management.
Production Focused Developer
$3500/yr
Full CCAH membership for Developers with 350 Units or more
Established, production-focused developers support the organization at a higher level with your extra investment supporting our advocacy efforts and litigation fund for matters of state and industry wide interest.
CCAH Board Membership
Board members have access to all of our resources, as well as a seat on our board. Board members are actively engaged in advocacy efforts and set strategic direction for the organization. A portion of your annual board dues goes directly toward event sponsorship, which gets your organization additional exposure.
