Sacramento, Calif. — February 10, 2026

The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) announced today that VIP registration is open for the 2026 Spring Conference. This year, in a move much anticipated by members, the conference relocates to the acclaimed Silverado Resort & Spa in Napa, California and is scheduled for June 8-10, 2026.

VIP registration runs from February 10 through February 28 at midnight and is available exclusively to CCAH members and sponsors of CCAH’s 2025 conferences. This early access period allows VIPs to secure the conferences most favorable pricing and gain first choice of rooms within the limited conference room block at Silverado Resort. Early registration and remaining room block access for both members and non‑members will open March 1, 2026.

When asked about the move to Napa, Executive Director Jenna Abbott explained, “We simply outgrew our old Sacramento venue. Our conferences have expanded in both attendance and content, and we needed a location that could support that growth. Additionally, Napa offers a true California destination experience—ample meeting space, a beautiful environment, and the kind of setting that encourages the collaboration and connection our attendees value. Silverado Resort gives us room to grow and to bring our community together in an inspiring way.”

CCAH also announced that conference sponsorships are now available. Organizations can support the event while gaining significant visibility with industry leaders, agency partners, investors, and developers from across California. Sponsorship packages include branding opportunities, on‑site recognition, exhibit tables, and invitations to exclusive networking events. Early commitment is encouraged, as some sponsorship levels have already sold out.

CCAH will be using tiered pricing for the 2026 Spring Conference, with registration rates increasing every 30 days until the event sells out. This structure rewards early registration, helps members secure the best possible rate, and allows CCAH to manage capacity more effectively as demand continues to grow. Attendees are encouraged to register early given the sell‑out of the last three conferences and the strong interest already expressed for the new Napa location.
