Early General Registration Now Open for the CCAH Spring Conference at Silverado Resort

For Immediate Release

The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) is excited to announce that early registration is now open to members and non-members for the CCAH Spring Conference. This semi-annual gathering, taking place this year at the beautiful Silverado Resort in Napa Valley, brings together leaders, practitioners, partners, and policymakers from across California’s affordable housing community and 2026 is already shaping up to be a highly anticipated event.

Because the last four conferences achieved sold out status, this year CCAH implemented an ultra‑early VIP registration window, offered exclusively to members and conference sponsors. The response was extraordinary. In just fourteen days, one‑third of all available tickets were snapped up. With that strong start, early registration opened today, Sunday March 1, 2026, and will continue until midnight on March 15. On March 16, 2026, the next tranche of higher pricing will activate. This initial special pricing period offers the best available rate for both members and non‑members—making now the perfect time to secure your spot. Sponsorships are available.

“The response during our VIP registration period was phenomenal.” said CCAH Executive Director Jenna Abbott. “Seeing one‑third of our tickets claimed before general registration even opened tells us just how excited our community is to come together this spring. Our members and partners are eager to be in Napa, to gather at Silverado, and to continue pushing forward the important work of expanding affordable housing across California. We can’t wait to welcome everyone in June!”

The Silverado Resort is one of Napa’s most iconic destinations, surrounded by rolling vineyards, incredible scenery, and world‑class hospitality. It provides the perfect backdrop for the conversations, collaboration, and connection our spring conference is known for. This year’s programming will highlight policy updates, funding strategies, regulatory shifts, development innovations, and the collective vision shaping the future of affordable housing in California. Whether you’re a developer, consultant, advocate, lender, service provider, attorney, or local government partner, this event offers something essential for every corner of the affordable housing industry.

With such strong early demand, attendees are urged to register as soon as possible. Once tickets are gone, they’re gone. Based on the pace so far, a sell out is expected.
