At the California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH), our core mission is to support and advance the development of affordable rental housing throughout the state of California. Our members are the community builders who ensure that every Californian has access to safe, affordable, and sustainable housing. As we continue our work, we remain deeply committed to supporting production-focused affordable housing developers and affiliated stakeholders—like you—who are at the forefront of meeting California’s critical housing needs.

Our advocacy efforts are centered on creating an environment where affordable housing development can thrive. From pushing for policy reforms and legislative changes to ensuring that developers have the resources they need to navigate complex regulations, CCAH is your trusted partner in making affordable rental housing production a reality. We believe that collaboration and effective advocacy are key to driving the change needed to tackle the state’s housing crisis, and we exist to help you succeed in these efforts.

We understand the challenges you face in building affordable housing, and our goal is to provide you with the tools, insights, advocacy, education and connections to ensure your voice is heard in Sacramento and across the state.
