Board Member Responsibilities

As a Board Member of CCAH, you will be expected to:

Attend a minimum of four regular board meetings (2 remote and 2 in person during our spring and fall conferences) and actively participate in discussions and decision-making processes.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance on key organizational initiatives and priorities.
Support CCAH’s advocacy efforts and serve as an ambassador for the organization.
Contribute to fundraising efforts, when appropriate, including assisting with identifying potential donors, members and / or partners.
Make a financial contribution of at least $10,000 annually to support CCAH’s work and sustainability.

Commitment and Availability

Board members are expected to attend at least TWO in person and TWO virtual meetings per year, participate in committees, and be actively involved in organizational activities. Please confirm your willingness and availability to meet these commitments.
