The 2026 CCAH Fall Conference is shaping up to be one of our biggest events yet, with more than 200 attendees already registered for November 11–13 at Paradise Point Resort & Conference Center in San Diego.

The CCAH Fall Conference brings together affordable housing developers, owners, managers, investors, policymakers, advocates, and industry partners for education, networking, and conversation about the issues shaping affordable housing in California.

With more than 200 tickets already sold, we are expecting another strong turnout and anticipate the conference will sell out.

Current registration rates are available through August 31:

CCAH Members: $895
Non-Members: $1,095

Beginning September 1, rates will increase to $995 for members and $1,195 for non-members.

If you have not registered yet, take advantage of the current pricing and reserve your place before the next increase.

Limited Hotel Rooms Remain

If you are planning to stay at Paradise Point during the conference, we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible.

CCAH has a limited block of rooms available at a discounted rate for conference attendees, and availability is becoming increasingly limited. The room block currently includes Lanai Standard and Lanai Premium rooms, while the Bungalow Suite Upgrade is already sold out.

The conference hotel is an important part of the CCAH experience, giving attendees the opportunity to continue conversations, connect with colleagues, and make the most of their time together in San Diego.

More Conference Programming and Opportunities to Connect

From informative sessions and industry discussions to networking opportunities and our optional post-conference affordable housing tours, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, and engage throughout the week.

Attendees can also join us for optional Sunrise Yoga on Thursday morning, with participation supporting the Patrick Sabelhaus Scholarship Fund. On Friday, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in affordable housing property tours throughout the San Diego area.
