CCAH is excited to welcome Mike Madrid as a featured guest speaker at CCAH’s Fall Conference in San Diego.
As California’s political landscape continues to evolve, few voices offer the level of insight and perspective that Mike brings to the conversation. A nationally recognized political consultant and one of the country’s leading experts on Latino voting trends, Mike has spent more than three decades helping shape political campaigns and analyzing the demographic and electoral changes transforming California and the nation.
Mike is known for his ability to challenge conventional thinking and provide candid analysis of the forces driving today’s political environment. He co-founded the Lincoln Project in 2020, founded the Latino Working Class Project, and currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the UC Irvine School of Social Ecology. He is also the author of the bestselling book The Latino Century, which examines the growing influence of Latino voters and the political realignment taking place across America.
For affordable housing advocates, developers, investors, property managers, and housing professionals, understanding the political forces shaping California’s future is more important than ever. Mike’s unique perspective on voter behavior, public opinion, and political trends will provide valuable insights as our industry works to advance policies that support the production and preservation of affordable housing.
We look forward to an engaging conversation and are thrilled to add Mike to an already outstanding lineup of speakers.
