The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) is pleased to announce the dates and locations for its 41st Annual Spring and Fall conferences.
The Spring Conference will take place in Sacramento, CA on June 11-12, 2025, at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel. The Fall Conference will be held on November 4-5, 2025, at the Paradise Point Resort & Conference Center in San Diego, CA. Post-conference optional events including affordable housing development tours, networking opportunities with elected officials, and a fundraiser for the Patrick Sabelhaus Memorial Scholarship Fund are planned for the 13th of June and the 6th of November respectively.
CCAH conferences attract attendees from throughout the nation and serve as essential educational and networking opportunities for professionals dedicated to increasing affordable housing stock in California. The twice-annual event brings together developers, property owners, real estate attorneys, investors, property managers, syndicators, lenders, and government officials to advance solutions that will benefit communities across the state. Out of state attendees glean important ideas to take home and make valuable professional connections.
“Our last conference achieved sell-out very early and our hotel room block was filled within weeks of registration launch.” said Jenna Abbott, CCAH Executive Director. “Our post-conference survey of attendees showed a strong desire to stay at the conference hotel, a desire for added capacity for more of your colleagues to attend and a craving for built-in time for peer-to-peer networking. Based on that, we’ve made some changes to allow for increased attendance, more time for networking and, a larger block of discounted hotel rooms. We’ve also negotiate a limited number of upgraded rooms and suites, at a very reasonable upcharge, available for those who want a more elevated experience.”
Attendees at CCAH conferences consistently indicate they enjoy the collaborative and immersive environment as they explore strategies to address the state’s ongoing housing challenges. Both conferences will feature relevant keynote speakers, expert panels, and networking opportunities tailored to affordable housing stakeholders.
Early-bird registration, along with preferential early-bird pricing, will open on the CCAH website in March for the Spring Conference and shortly thereafter for the Fall Conference. Session details, speaker announcements, as well as session topics will be released in the coming months. For more information, please visit Californiacouncil.org or contact us at 916 444 0286 x 267.
