The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) is excited to share the dates and destinations for our 2026 Spring and Fall Conferences
We’re heading to two iconic California locations this year:
- The Spring Conference will be held June 8–10, 2026, at the Silverado Resort in Napa, CA, surrounded by wine country views and spacious meeting areas perfect for learning and connection.
- This fall, we’ll return to Paradise Point Resort & Conference Center in San Diego, CA, for the Fall Conference on November 11–13, 2026, offering a relaxing bayside setting to close out the year.
Both events will be followed by optional post-conference activities including affordable housing site tours, opportunities to meet with elected officials, and a policy roundtable engaging on the policies shaping affordable housing across California.
After our member-only early access period for Napa, remaining tickets will open to members and nonmembers. As always, registration will be offered in date-based pricing tiers, so early sign-ups get the best rate.

We’ve broadened our capacity, enriched our networking opportunities, and reserved a larger and more diverse hotel room block to create the best possible experience for attendees.”
CCAH conferences bring together leaders from across the affordable housing industry – developers, property owners, lenders, attorneys, investors, property managers, syndicators, and public-sector partners – from California and beyond. These events offer timely policy discussions and space to build the connections that move projects and communities forward. Both the Spring and Fall Conferences will feature dynamic keynote speakers, expert panels, and built-in opportunities to network with peers.
Member-only priority registration for Napa opens February 10, 2026. Early Bird registration for members and nonmembers begins March 1, 2026, with San Diego registration launching Summer 2026. Full session, speaker, and program announcements will follow soon.
