Sacramento, CA — The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) is thrilled to announce that its highly anticipated Spring Conference has officially sold out, drawing a capacity crowd of over 200 attendees from across the state.

The Spring Conference, known for its dynamic programming and networking opportunities, will feature a Friday Policy Round Table where key stakeholders will discuss the latest legislative developments and strategies for advancing affordable housing. Attendees can also participate in Affordable Housing Tours to two standout projects: The Bernice and The AJ, showcasing innovative design and impactful community development.
This year’s sold-out event underscores the critical importance of affordable housing in California and the value of CCAH’s leadership in bringing together developers, policymakers, and advocates to drive meaningful change.
