Sacramento, Calif. — October 23, 2026 — With the countdown to November underway, the California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) has announced that its 2026 Fall Conference is officially sold out. The strong response sets the stage for a packed gathering of California’s affordable housing community at Paradise Point Resort & Conference Center in San Diego, November 11–13.

The conference will bring together professionals from across the affordable housing industry for a full day of programming on November 12, an opening evening on November 11, and optional activities on November 13. The schedule offers attendees opportunities to connect with colleagues, exchange ideas, and engage with the policy and industry challenges affecting affordable housing throughout the state.

“Every CCAH conference is an opportunity to bring together the people, ideas, and experience needed to advance affordable housing in California,” said Jenna Abbott, Executive Director of CCAH. “The challenges facing our industry are complex and creating opportunities for developers, lenders, public agencies, and other industry partners to connect and learn from one another is more important than ever. These conversations help us share knowledge, build stronger relationships, and identify opportunities to move affordable housing forward. We’re thrilled by the response to this year’s Fall Conference and grateful to our members, sponsors, and partners for their continued support. We look forward to an engaging and productive gathering in San Diego this November.”

The sold-out announcement comes as CCAH prepares for several days of connection and engagement, including conference sessions, networking opportunities, and an optional property tour showcasing affordable housing developments.

Those still interested in attending can join the conference waitlist. If a space becomes available, CCAH will contact waitlisted individuals with information about next steps. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot.
