Sacramento, Calif. — June 30, 2026

The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) announced today that VIP registration for the 2026 Fall Conference will open July 1 for the upcoming event returning to Paradise Point Resort & Conference Center in San Diego, California, November 11–13, 2026.

Following a highly successful and well-attended 2025 Fall Conference at Paradise Point, CCAH is excited to return to the waterfront venue as demand for both its Spring and Fall Conferences continues to grow. VIP registration will run from July 1 through July 14 and is available exclusively to CCAH members and attendees of the 2026 Spring Conference. This early access window provides first priority for registration and access to the conference room block at Paradise Point, which is expected to fill quickly based on prior attendance trends.

General registration for members and non-members, along with remaining room block availability, will open July 15, 2026.

“Last year’s Fall Conference at Paradise Point exceeded expectations in every way, from attendance to the depth of policy discussion and the level of engagement across our membership,” said Jenna Abbott, Executive Director of CCAH. “Returning to San Diego allows us to build on that momentum in a setting that truly supports connection, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue. We continue to see strong demand for both our Spring and Fall Conferences, and we expect this year’s event to reach capacity quickly once registration opens.”

CCAH also announced that conference sponsorship opportunities remain available. Several sponsorship packages have already sold out, reflecting strong early demand, but additional opportunities remain for organizations seeking visibility with California’s leading affordable housing professionals, developers, investors, and policy partners. Sponsorship benefits include on-site branding, exhibit opportunities, and access to high-value networking events throughout the conference.

CCAH will again utilize tiered pricing for the 2026 Fall Conference, with registration rates increasing every 30 days until the event sells out. This structure continues to reward early registration, help attendees secure the best available pricing, and allow CCAH to manage capacity as demand increases. Given the pace of registration growth seen in recent conferences, members are strongly encouraged to register as soon as access opens to ensure participation.
