This year’s property tours will showcase innovative developments throughout the San Diego area, offering attendees a behind-the-scenes look at projects, design approaches, amenities, and the teams working to create quality affordable housing communities.
Whether you are looking for inspiration, interested in learning from fellow CCAH members, or simply want to experience affordable housing beyond the conference room, the property tours are a great way to connect with peers and see the impact of our industry in action.

Start Your Day with Sunrise Yoga
Looking for a moment to recharge before a full day of conference programming? Join us for Sunrise Yoga on Thursday, November 12, from 6:30–7:30 a.m.
This optional wellness activity is a great way to start the day, connect with fellow attendees, and enjoy the beautiful San Diego setting. Participation is $25 per person, with proceeds supporting the Patrick Sabelhaus Scholarship Fund.
Whether you’re a longtime yoga participant or simply looking for a peaceful start to your morning, all experience levels are welcome.
