CCAH Releases 2026 Voter Guide and Endorsements

CCAH is proud to announce the release of our 2026 Voter Guide, a resource designed to help our members and industry partners identify candidates who are committed to advancing affordable housing solutions across California.

Our Political Action Committee has spent the past several months conducting interviews, reviewing track records, and evaluating candidates based on their understanding of—and commitment to—housing policy.

The result is a growing list of endorsed candidates who have demonstrated a clear willingness to tackle California’s housing shortage and support the production and preservation of affordable homes.

Our current endorsements include:

  • Fiona Ma — State Treasurer; candidate for Lieutenant Governor
  • Malia Cohen — State Controller (Incumbent)
  • Eleni Kounalakis — Lieutenant Governor; candidate for State Treasurer
  • Lori Wilson — Assembly District 11; Assemblymember (Incumbent)
  • Buffy Wicks — Assembly District 14; Assemblymember (Incumbent)
  • Matt Haney — Assembly District 17; Assemblymember (Incumbent)
  • Robert Rivas — Assembly District 29; Assemblymember & Speaker of the House (Incumbent)
  • Juan Carrillo — Assembly District 39; Assemblymember (Incumbent)
  • John Harabedian — Assembly District 41; Assemblymember (Incumbent)
  • Jesse Gabriel — Assembly District 46; Assemblymember (Incumbent)
  • Chris Ward — Assembly District 78; Assemblymember (Incumbent)
  • David Alvarez — Assembly District 80; Assemblymember (Incumbent)

Our endorsement process is ongoing. We will continue to hold candidate interviews and evaluate additional races in the weeks ahead.

Elections matter—and who we send to Sacramento will directly impact the future of affordable housing in California. We encourage you to review the guide, share it with your colleagues, and check back regularly as new endorsements are added and more candidate interviews are completed
