Statewide housing advocacy organizations are eager to better understand the challenges housing developers face when working to secure electrical service and project energization through the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP).
The Southern California Association of Nonprofit Housing (SCANPH), Abundant Housing LA (AHLA), the Housing Action Coalition (HAC), the California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) and the American Institute of Architects California (AIA) are partnering to gather feedback from developers, architects, general contractors, and others who have worked with LADWP during the development process.
If your organization has experience developing housing in the City of Los Angeles, we ask that you take just 10 minutes to complete a brief survey about your experience. Your input will help inform our collective advocacy efforts and support data-driven policy recommendations aimed at improving the development process, reducing unnecessary delays, and facilitating the delivery of much-needed housing.
Thank you for contributing your perspective and helping us advance practical solutions that support housing production in Los Angeles.
