Please note that Affordable Housing Tours is a separate ticket that must be purchased for each individual that will attend the tours.

If you will be staying at the host hotel, the Paradise Point Resort, the room block deposit add-on is required to reserve your room inside our discounted block.

Terms and conditions

REGISTRATION: Registration is based on availability and will be confirmed upon full payment. If the program sells out, you will be placed on a waiting list. If there is a cancellation, the first person on the list will be contacted and a notice with invoice will be e-mailed.

PAYMENTS: Payments by credit card or PayPal will incur a convenience fee of up to 3%. You may also pay by check. Please make checks payable to California Council for Affordable Housing. Payments by check must arrive by the cut off date for the date range of the tickets.

NAME CHANGES: If your plans change and you can no longer attend, you may request a name change to roll your registration to another person. Name changes will be processed without a fee prior to September 9, 2025.  From September 9 – October 2, 2025, name changes will be processed with a $100 charge. From October 3 to October 25, 2025 name changes will be processed with a $200 charge. No name changes are allowed post October 25, 2025.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests must be emailed to CCAH@CaliforniaCouncil.com and may incur penalties as follows:

Through September 9, 2025, $250.00 per person cancellation penalty plus any hotel penalties. September 10 – October 2, 2025, $350 per person cancellation penalty plus any hotel penalties.

October 3, 2025, to date of program start, the full registration fee is non-refundable and may result in loss of entire program cost. There are no refunds for no-shows.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM: The CCAH has the right to withdraw the program, or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary deemed necessary, or to substitute services of comparable value. Unused portions of the program are not refundable.

HOTEL BLOCK:  The CCAH has contracted for a block of upgraded hotel rooms at a preferential rate at the Paradise Point Resort the nights of November 5th, 6th and 7th.  On request and if available, the hotel may allow the room block rate to be reserved one day prior and one day past the block dates at the sole discretion of the hotel. Rooms may still be available once the block is exhausted at a higher rate.  Kindly book your room by October 2, 2025.

INCIDENTAL EXPENSES: Items such as room service, telephone calls, optional activities and other incidental items are not included and are the responsibility of the conference attendee.

RESPONSIBILITY: The California Council for Affordable Housing acts only as intermediary between conference participants, hotels and other public service organizations. CCAH disclaims any liability for claims, losses, damages, costs for expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, loss of pay, upset disappointments, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental resulting from acts of God, weather, overbooking incurred by said persons or operators to either passengers or baggage from whatsoever cause.
