Registration Now Open for the 2025 CCAH Fall Conference in San Diego!
The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) is thrilled to announce that registration is officially open for the 2025 Fall Conference, taking place November 5–7 at the stunning Paradise Point Resort and Conference Center in San Diego. This highly anticipated event brings together affordable housing leaders, developers, policymakers, and advocates from across the state to collaborate, learn, and advance the mission of affordable housing in California.
Following two consecutive sold-out conferences—our Spring 2025 event in Sacramento at the Kimpton Sawyer and last year’s Fall Conference at the Kona Kai Resort in San Diego—we are expecting another full house this November. With demand for affordable housing solutions at an all-time high, and many changes to both State and Federal legislation designed to encourage construction, this year’s conference promises to be one of our most dynamic and impactful gatherings yet. VIP and Member only registration runs from July 15 to July 31, 2025. Early bird registration will commence August 1, 2025. The earlier you register, the better your value. Excellent Education At a New Conference Venue, Paradise Point
Nestled in a private cove on Mission Bay, Paradise Point Resort offers a serene and inspiring backdrop for three days of networking, education, and innovation.
From our welcome reception on November 5th, to our program day and cocktail party on November 6th, concluding with our tours and policy round table on November 7th, attendees will enjoy state-of-the-art conference facilities, beautiful accommodations, and the opportunity to connect with peers in a relaxed, resort-style setting. We are excited to offer two options for room choices this year. Choose a standard room or upgrade to a waterfront bungalow. “A hard and soft goods renovation in 2019, just before the pandemic, means the rooms feel fresh and modern. We only have a limited number of bungalows available, so act fast if the upgrade appeals to you.” said CCAH’s Lindsey Dole. Attendees may choose their desired room style during the registration process.
The 2025 Fall Conference will feature a robust agenda packed with timely panels, expert-led workshops, and an engaging keynote speaker. A breakout session designed specifically for Property Managers and owners, affordable housing tours and a policy round table will also be part of the program. Topics will span the full spectrum of affordable housing development, finance, and policy. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the field, the conference offers valuable insights and connections to help you succeed in your work.

The final day of the conference will feature our signature affordable housing tours via luxury coach transportation. These guided site visits offer attendees a firsthand look at successful affordable housing developments in the San Diego region.
