In mid March, CTCAC issued several memos so we thought we’d summarize them here for you.
The Placed-in-Service webpage was updated to include guidance on the requirements for PIS submissions. These requirements are available on the following webpages:

- Ground lease projects: Ground Lease Project Requirements
The following forms in the Placed-in-Service webpage have been updated to conform with the requirements.
- Form B

- Sustainable Building Method Points Certification
- Accessibility Requirements (newly added)
- Minimum Construction Standards (newly added)
- The Excel checklist previously used for PIS application requirements has been removed.
