A Powerful Partnership: CCAH and Capitol Track Bring Real-Time Legislative Access to Members

The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) is proud to announce a new partnership with Capitol Track, a leading legislative tracking platform, to enhance how we monitor and engage with housing-related legislation in California. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in our mission to support affordable housing development and preservation across the state.

Thanks to this partnership, CCAH members now have access to real-time updates on legislative hearings and up to the minute reports directly through the calendar feature on our website. Members can view hearing dates, times, and locations for bills moving through both the California State Senate and Assembly—empowering them to stay informed and engaged like never before.

“This partnership with Capitol Track is a game-changer,” said Paul Shafer, Public Policy Manager at CCAH. “It allows our members curated access to monitor the progress of critical housing bills, related legislation, and their paths through the various hearings in real time. That kind of access helps us all be more proactive and effective advocates for affordable housing.”

This tool is now live on the CCAH Website for member use.
