For Immediate Release
Napa, CA — The California Council for Affordable Housing (CCAH) announced today that its upcoming Spring Conference at Silverado Resort in Napa is quickly approaching capacity. Sixty-seven percent of conference registrations sold in just 35 days and the room block is nearly full.
“We had a feeling this conference would be very popular but the response to our move to Napa from Sacramento has been exceptional. This quick take-up reflects the urgency and complexity of the issues facing affordable housing today.” said Jenna Abbott, Executive Director of CCAH. “It is becoming clear that affordable housing and this conference are both hot commodities.”

Due to strong demand, CCAH is actively working with the resort to source additional rooms. In the meantime, attendees are strongly encouraged to register now and add their names to the room block waitlist to ensure priority access. With limited space remaining and the next tranche of increased pricing due to take effect April 15, 2026, CCAH urges members, partners, and sponsors to register immediately and join the hotel waitlist if the current block of rooms shows as sold out.
